Description Kelly Services is currently seeking a **Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Utilization Management Rep** for one of our top Healthcare clients at their Plantation, FL location.

The **Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Utilization Management Rep** will responsible for coordinating cases for medical precertification and prior authorization review.

**Pay Rate:** $16.00 per hour

**Working Hours:** Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

**Start Date:** Monday, 4/16

**Duration:** Contract Job

**Job Duties:**

+ Managing incoming calls or incoming post services claims work.
+ Determines contract and benefit eligibility plus provides authorization for inpatient admission, outpatient precertification, prior authorization, and post service requests.
+ Refers cases requiring clinical review to a Nurse reviewer.
+ Responsible for the identification and data entry of referral requests into the utilization management system in accordance with the plan certificate.
+ Responds to telephone and written inquiries from clients, providers and in-house departments.
+ Conducts clinical screening process.
+ Authorizes initial set of sessions to provider.
+ Checks benefits for facility based treatment.
+ Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
**Job Requirements:**

+ Requires a High School diploma or equivalent with a Bachelor degree preferred.
+ Bilingual Spanish plus 1 year of call-center experience.
+ Proficient analytical, written and oral communication skills.
+ Medical terminology training and experience in healthcare or insurance field preferred.
+ Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
+ Experience in Managed Care and Utilization Management preferred.
