+ Supervises the day-to-day activities of customer service department within established policies and procedures.

+ Ensures that customers are satisfied, and that professional customer support is provided by the team to ensure a positive experience.

+ Team Management: Responsible for the staffing level of the department. Hire employees, mentor and advise, assign and evaluate work, terminate employees, review department performance monthly and team-members semi-annually.

+ Manages incoming calls and customer service inquiries through all contact channels.

+ Builds effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needs and educating them about the products and services that are most appropriate to their situation.

+ Ensures that customers are responded to according to established timelines and finds creative solutions to help them in a timely manner.

+ Ensures that online orders are approved promptly and shipped within 48 business hours.

+ Oversee and ensure that customer returns, repairs and warranty items are processed promptly and according to company policies and procedures.

+ Coordinates with other departments to resolve issues involving the customer service department.

+ Recommends solutions for customers complaints. Suggests process and content improvements to enhance the customer experience and increase efficiency.

+ Documents, communicates, and implements new and existing policies and procedures with team members.


+ An understanding of the game of pool is a plus that helps to connect with our fans.

+ Team management experience: hiring, training, communicating expectations, evaluating performance.

+ Process enhancement and procedure maintenance experience.

+ Extensive customer service experience.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Proficient on Microsoft Office Programs, support ticketing and livechat systems such as Zendesk.

+ Strong organizational skills. Able to manage team priorities and workflow.

+ Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams.

+ Professional appearance and demeanor.

+ Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.

+ Bilingual English/Spanish
