**Job Description**

-Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge request

-Process customer order/changes according to established department policies and procedures

-Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns

-Confer with customers via telephone, email, and chat to provide information about products or services, cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints

-Keep records of customer interactions, record details of inquiries or comments, as well as actions taken

-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded

-Show composure, resilience, and flexibility as customer needs evolve and case volume changes

-Perform other related duties as assigned


-High school diploma or equivalent

-Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

-Find creative problem solving fulfilling and challenging

-Self motivated and eager to learn

-Thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment

-Adapt quickly to changing priorities and customer needs

-Have a clear, professional, and informative communication style
