+ Hybrid Role - Must be local to Auburn Hills, MI working in the office 50% of work week

**Whats a typical day as a CSR supporting the Automotive Adhesives & Fluids business? Youll be:**


+ Interfacing with customers and multiple business & functional partners to deliver exceptional service to customers and profitability to the clients Automotive Adhesives & Fluids business.

+ By building successful relationships, they pull together and align multiple internal resources and capabilities, toward the goal of zero defect customer satisfaction.

+ Managing the entry of orders, from initial contact with the customer or electronic channel, through material flow, until the product arrives at the correct time, with the correct product, with the correct equipment and correct paperwork to the customer.

+ In the event of a service failure, the CSR initiates the corrective action for resolution of the failure, and takes the lead position in resolution for the customer.

+ The CSR will have three distinct areas of responsibility:


1. Owning account execution activities (described above) as a dedicated CSR for a collection of small to medium size customers. (This area of responsibility places a heavy emphasis on SAP proficiency, attention to detail and clear communication skills via email and phone.

2. Monitoring a sample request inbox and executing sample order entry into SAP for internal and external sample material requests across multiple business portfolios and value centers with DuPont AA&F. This area of responsibility will additionally require problem solving skills and to initiative to own a process through completion.

3. Supporting the greater Customer Service team by performing leveraged tasks as needed. Potentially includes but not limited to MDG tool support, daily reporting, return order entry, document retrieval, shipment tracking, customer portal interaction, project support, vacation coverage etc.


**This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:**


+ Associates degree or higher required, bachelor's preferred.

+ SAP experience required.

+ Related experience with customer/client support via email and phone needed

+ Understanding of what it takes to go above and beyond the daily calls from customers; to build customer loyalty and confidence.
