**Customer Support Specialist**

Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a full-time Customer Support Specialist for our client, one of the worlds leading innovative technology companies, at its location in Austin, TX.

This is a 6 month contract assignment with the opportunity to extend and pays $26.00/hour.

**Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ **You will be fielding calls from the Institution (Education) customers.**

+ **Low-level understanding of technology is extremely helpful; understanding of iOS devices and how you get software on them.**

+ **Majority of the day will be fielding in-bound calls.**

+ **Half of the calls received are from people who have never previously purchased from client.**

+ **Another group of calls are not going to the right department queue to be handled correctly.**

+ **Post-Sales calls are another example questions or concerns after the sale are handled by a different queue and need to be directed to that specific team.**

+ **Develops and maintains positive customer relations; coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.**

+ **Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.**

+ **Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.**

**Skills and Qualifications:**

+ 5 - 10 years of experience

+ **Manage Inbound email boxes**

+ **Answer inbound calls- return voicemails**

+ **Manage customer tax issues**

+ **CRM experience preferred**

+ **Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.**

+ **Work with Contracts**

+ **Uncover leads to pass to sales team**

+ **Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a passion for customer service, strong technical aptitude, resourcefulness and flexibility.**

+ **Advanced judgment, negotiation and problem-solving skills.**

+ **Uses professional concepts; applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.**

+ **Must have excellent relationship-building skills with other internal organizations.**

**Term of Assignment**

+ 6-month contract with opportunity to extend

+ Full Time: Monday-Friday, regular business hours.
