**Contract:** ASAP - 05/12/2018 **_Temp to Hire!!!! – ENTRY LEVEL_**

**Pay:** _$11.50/hour_

**Schedule:** Monday- Friday: 8:30am – 5pm

**Position Overview:** _Primary Duties and Responsibilities Assist with various aspects of the HEDIS process. Contact Provider offices to verify information and obtain records. Keep detailed and accurate notes from provider calls_

**Responsibilities:**


+ Assigns client to appropriate staff member or behavioral health network provider for assessment and counseling.
+ Serves as initial contact for clients and their eligible dependents requesting services.
+ Responsible for customer service and relevant standards such as telephone response time.
+ May make referrals within stated limits.
**Skills:**


+ Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
+ Positive, friendly, and helpful attitude a must.
**Education:**


+ High School Diploma or GED required
+ 0-2 years’ experience – entry level
