Kelly Services, industry leader in workforce solutions, has an exciting temporary to hire opportunity for a logistics customer support representative in Haverhill MA! Our client is a leading corporation that has an immediate need for a business professional that will assist with day to day operations.



Customer Support Representative- Haverhill MA



Pay Rate: $19/hr



Hours: 6am-2pm Monday-Friday



Summary The main function of a logistics customer support representative is to interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. A typical customer service representative is responsible for determining the clients issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed. Customer service agents may be inbound, outbound or a combination of both.



Responsibilities:




+ Maintain high quality customer service delivery.

+ Provide excellent customer service to high level clients

+ Interact with Customers, as needed, to handle product fulfillment, order changes, and other issues as they arise via phone, and e-mail.

+ Enter customer information in system and keep information on file

+ Work with pharmacy staff, sales and customers when production issues occur to communicate any impact to the customer.

+ Ensure all customers are notified of production issues that results in any variation to their normal delivery needs and expectations.

+ Work with the customers and pharmacy staff to ensure all customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

+ Maintain accurate data to track customers requests, reported issues and complaints, etc. and organize and report to Regional Director, OPS.

+ Directly responsible for interactions with key customers.

+ Respond to stressful situations and emergencies in a calm, professional manner while maintaining the Company Culture standards.

+ Maintain open communication with all departments of the site team and customers.

+ order processing / tracking

+ logistics / warehouse

+ resolving customer inquiries or shipping issues

+ strong professional written and verbal communication

+ experience with Salesforce or CRM systems.

+ All other duties as assigned



Requirements:



Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.



Ability to work independently and manage ones time.



Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.



Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software.



Associates degree preferred but will except High school diploma



2-3 years customer service related experience required.
