Customer Support Representative I

**LOCATION: Napa, CA**

**CONTRACT: 3-4 Months**

**COMPENSATION: $23.00 per hour**

**SCHEDULE: 8 AM TO 4:30 PM**


+ Working within the Customer Service Department this person will be responsible for coordination, accuracy, timeliness, approvals and entry of customer orders into the manufacturing systems to ensure customer satisfaction.

+ Performs consistent and accurate collection of data required for customer orders

+ Reviews invoices for discrepancies and errors

+ Communicates customer requirements to Scheduler, Purchasing and Production

+ Maintains sample inventory, pulls samples and mails to customers as requested

+ Performs clerical duties including but not limited to: order entry, tracking shipments, maintaining customer files, and filing

+ Manages and tracks all customer complaints and works with Quality and Production to provide feedback to the customer

+ Provides professional, efficient and effective customer interactions emails, incoming and outgoing phone calls, follow-up communications, responding to requests for information, etc.

+ Supports the completion of special projects as needed

+ Understands, documents and communicates customer requirements and specifications including quantity, quality, schedule and delivery and any other critical information to customers

+ Responsible for handling all customer service online inquiries

+ Maintains Standard Operating Procedures, department templates, shared drive files, running queries/reports, etc., for customer service department

+ Pulls together necessary job information and puts jobs into production as necessary

+ Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental


+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Ability to work in a fast paced environment while working on multiple tasks simultaneously

+ Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co workers

+ Possess problem solving and resolution skills as well as good computer skills

+ MS Office; Outlook, Word, and Excel

+ Goal and results oriented

+ Submit to pre employment screening

+ Ability to commit to a 3 month contract (may be extended)
