Kelly is hiring a Customer Care Representative III in Denver, CO!

What will YOU be doing in a Customer Care Representative role?

Day to day tasks and duties include:

+ Detailed review of purchase orders to capture special requests listed by the customer.

+ Efficiently and accurately input customer orders into the order entry system and advise customer immediately if product cannot be shipped according to their request.

+ Enter orders and electronic transactions using third party EDI and customer portals.

+ Respond to customer requests phone or email in a professional, courteous, and positive manner, and provide customers with general information concerning products, lead times, pricing, expected ship date, and shipment tracking.

+ Proactively reach out to customers to keep them informed of issues and resolve problems.

+ Use exceptional communication skills to build relationships with customer base.

+ Process product returns according to policy, assigns Returned Goods Authorization RGA number, and communicate instructions to customers.

+ Research and issue credit memos to customers based on pricing discrepancies, returned product, debit memos, or other reasons verified by the CSR s investigation.

+ Initiate the Customer Complaint process by receiving logging the complaint and reporting the findings to the customer and/or Sales Representative as appropriate. Take actions as appropriate and necessary to resolve issues. Perform duties related to the tool repair process.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE NEEDED: High School Diploma or GED required. Technical College Degree, Associates degree or equivalent coursework in business management preferred.
