As **Customer Support Representative** you will provide exceptional communication, customer service, filing, and must have the ability to meet deadlines and adhere to quality standards. **Customer Support Representative**

Pay: 14.50 per hour (paid weekly)

Start: ASAP - Contract

End: 12/31/2018 (possible extension)

Schedule: M-F 8:00 - 4:00

Address: 2000 Park Lane

**Duties include but are not limited to:**

+ Performing general clerical and customer service operations for our internal business partners
+ Must be able to retrieve data from various claim systems and examine documents for accuracy
+ Must perform basic document preparation, and be able to upload certain documents into specified claim systems
+ Data entry is required to create barcode labels for some existing claim files
+ This also involves electronically assigning the file folders to the correct claims team and preparing them for delivery to the designated areas
+ The candidate will also be required to manage a team mailbox and process all tasks associate with the mailbox

+ Strong computer skills including data entry Experience with Excel and Outlook
+ Very detail oriented
+ Possess strong customer service skills and be able to work both independently and in a team environment.

+ Minimum degree required- High School Diploma or GED
