Kelly Services in Green Bay, WI is helping a large logistics company find Customer Service Representatives on various shifts! This is an immediate need.


The primary responsibility for the Customer Support Representative is to create, monitor and complete shipments. This individual is also accountable to ensure that the most cost-effective carriers are used. As a member of customer service, the individual is also accountable to manage customer relationships in order to achieve specific key factor goals.


**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:**


+ Communicates effectively with customers, sales representatives, Service Team Leaders, drivers, and other internal personnel to:

+ Generate freight according to solicitation plans

+ Take complete ownership of load from beginning to end

+ Develop and maintain relationships with customer base

+ Accept freight based on flow and market balance

+ Track turned down freight

+ Anticipate problems and acts pro-actively to solve them.

+ Participate in quality projects to support customers needs

+ Ensure all computer information is accurate and up to date

+ Meet or exceed total service needs of customers

+ Take steps to alleviate issues and improve service efficiency

+ Provide back up support to other CSRs on the team to eliminate any customer hold time


**EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:**


+ Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2016 and Microsoft Excel

+ Intermediate to advanced data entry skills required

+ Strong solicitation skills

+ Excellent communication and listening skills

+ Strong problem solving and analytical skills


**Pay Rate:** 17.00/hour


**Open Shifts/Schedules:**


1. Thurs-Sun, 9pm-7am (TTH)

2. Fri, Sat, Sun (TTH)

3. Friday - 4pm-10pm

4. Saturday & Sunday - 11am-7pm

5. Mon-Fri, 10pm-6am (temporary through October)

6. Wed-Sat (temporary through September)

7. Wed-Fri - 2pm-12am

8. Saturday - 10am-8pm
