Seeking Customer Support Specialists for positions with a global health care company in the Castleton area.

Applicants with escalated customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will respond to customer inquiries concerning orders from creation to delivery.

Skills:

Responsible for managing a complex order fulfillment process from the beginning to end

Order Management, Account Management, Relationship building via phone, email, and in person

Provide specialized support in specific customer function which also requires troubleshooting problems and identifying solutions

Must toggle between at least 3 systems to research customer inquiries

Independently apply subject matter expertise to track, analyze, report, and apply the most appropriate course of action

Be responsible for the coordination of communication and interaction required for implementation of product promotions, process changes, new products, and marketing programs regarding orders

Act as key resource to internal or external customers

Responsible for monitoring customer trends

Building relationships/trust with internal and external customers

Proactively prove problem resolution on issues involving customers and interfacing/negotiating/problem solving with internal groups to increase customer satisfaction/delight

Education:

Excellent written and verbal communication

Communication skills must be polished, must be able to articulate in a way that is professional and with confidence

Responsible for crafting emails to the sales force, internal and external customers

Must have excellent grammatical skills. There are no email templates.

Proven ability to make quick and effective independent decisions

Detail oriented. Orders cannot be released unless pricing is perfect. For example, a 2 cent mistake on an invoice can lead to multiple issues. Department audits are conducted on a regular basis.

Strong organization and planning skills

Have the ability to handle multiple functions at one time

Efficient and effective oral and written communication skills

Intermediate computer skills including the ability to do some advanced functions within various software packages. For example, to place a customer order, 3 advanced computer tracking systems are used.

Additional Details:

Education: GED or High School Diploma Required

Shift: Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm

Pay: $15/hr
