**Customer Service Analyst** for a leader in the medical manufacturing industry

located in Phoenix Arizona!!

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm



**Position Summary**



Customer Service Analyst (CSA), the Arizona Department of Health Services Immunization Program is seeking a Customer Service Analyst. This position provides customer support and technical assistance to healthcare provider staffs that utilize the state immunization registry (ASIIS) and often are participants in the federal Vaccines for Children (VFC) program. Once trained the CSA works independently and without ongoing technical supervision. The CSA will receive incoming calls and emails and will provide technical assistance as needed and/or complete caller requests. This may include; ASIIS password resets, ASIIS user requests, immunization record requests, vaccine order troubleshooting, assistance with temperature monitoring devices, etc. The CSA will utilize a call tracking system for the input of call/email details.





The Customer Service Analyst should have excellent communication skills, should demonstrate capability to appropriately and professionally handle calls from VFC Provider staff and ASIIS users as well as demonstrate ability for critical thinking and problem solving. The Customer Service Analyst should be able to express information in clear and concise manner, both orally and in writing.



**Examples of duties include:**





Answer daily service calls in a high volume call center.



Meet unit goals.



Interpret organizations rules and billing guidelines



Customer Service



Data Entry



Research



Written correspondence (email)



**Position Requirements**




+ Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word

+ Strong Communication Skills

+ Detail Oriented

+ Strong Multi-Tasking Ability

+ 3-5 years of customer service experience
