"Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a **Customer Support Specialist** for a long-term engagement at one of our Global clients in Raynham, MA.


Pay rate range: $24-$26/hour + benefits


This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position. As a KellyOCG employee you will be eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from. You'll also be eligible for paid time off, including holiday, vacation and sick/personal time. All KellyOCG employees receive annual performance reviews.


As a Supply Chain placed with KellyOCG you will be responsible for the following:


Daily Operations:


+ Subject Matter Expert(SME)

+ Provides on hours and on call support to locate inventory for 24 hours case coverage

+ Expert in all systems within the business

+ Primary point person for Day to Day Business Inquiries that have been escalated


Key Account Management


+ Becomes key partner with all internal and strategic external customers

+ Resolves or refers all escalated sales issues


Quality


+ Performs routine trending on all order issues and concerns

+ Investigate all identified trends and brings to the attention of management

+ Develops appropriate resolutions for all trends

+ Key player in all regulatory matters and audits

+ Runs key reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, annual basis, performs necessary analytics and addresses any concerns.


Business Development


+ Key point person on all new product support, launches and inventory adds

+ Acts as a Credo leader utilizing the credo decision making process.

+ Participate and act as the CSS Lead when the business requires.


**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE** :


+ Associates Degree

+ 3-5 years of in depth business knowledge and customer focus

+ In depth knowledge of ERP systems such as **SAP and/or JDE**

+ Advanced problem solving and analytical experience.

+ Strong expertise in MS Office application and Internet navigation
