Description and Requirements
JOB SUMMARY: The Data Coder conducts research on clinical trial information for purposes of coding
information to standardized form. The research is primarily focused on Global Clinical Trial Site Name and
Address information for the purpose of coding new sites to existing records within KMRs site database,
gathering additional information, and standardizing the site records for use across KMRs data platforms.
In addition, the Data Coder may assist with disease, CRO, or any other research pertaining to
biopharmaceutical R&D.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree, or currently enrolled in undergraduate studies.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze information.
- Ability to conduct web-based research.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Patience and willingness to learn.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Must be dependable and results-driven.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- While not required, being multi-lingual is a plus.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.

- Assist with web-based research pertaining to biopharmaceutical R&D.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor. These may, on occasion, be unrelated to the position described here.
- Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the position.
