Description **Job Description**

The job description includes:

-Updating the client-s real estate database to comply with new accounting requirements.

-Entering dates, accounting codes, borrowing rates & rental amounts

-Track activity using an Excel spreadsheet

**Requirements**

The prime candidate should have the following qualifications:

-Typing skills of at least 60 wpm,

-Intermediate excel skills, sorting, filtering, formulas, v-lookup, etc.

-Great communication skills/both verbal and written

-Quick Learner/fast and efficient worker

-A plus if the person has experience using a real estate or accounting database

The dress code is business casual as we sit on site with the client. We will need someone to work 5 days per wk/8 hours per day. The hours can be discussed once a candidate is identified.
