Kelly Services is seeking a **Data Integrity Specialist III** for an American publicly traded biopharmaceutical company located in **North Chicago, IL.**

**Job Title: Data Integrity Specialist III**

Location: North Chicago, IL 60064 (Remote to start)

Type: Contract

Length: ASAP 2/26/2021 (with potential for 12 month extension)

Est. Start Date: 9/28/2020

Hours: 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day

Pay Rate: $32 - $42 per hour


Four contractors to assist with integration, first out of the gate to get things done.

Assist with different components, hierarchies to build, guidelines on what to do with it, entering data into two different data systems Informatica, Kalido two others but not sure how they impact yet.


The Data Integrity Specialist will be responsible to ensure the accuracy of Master Data. This role will act as a liaison between the IT, Operational Excellence and Business partners to ensure review and clean-up of the master data information. He/she is responsible for conducting the analysis of each dimension to understand the multiple attributes provided as well to have the correct and de-duped master data. Will be working with Informatica Master Data tool and/or Kalido Master data tool for dimensions like account, profit center, products, indications, company code, etc.


Work with cross-functional project Master Data Management team to review and update the master data information from multiple systems. Ensures accuracy and integrity by performing data review and cleansing. Review various data, across systems in great detail to ensure that the data is rightly captured. Analyzes data errors, resolves root causes with initiative and proposes problems from end-to-end. Use MS excel to document the results of his/her analysis and present the same to project team for corrective action. Track and report the status of all of the identified corrective action items. Work with the team to propose process for standardization and automation of master data processes and documentation.


+ BA/BS in Finance or Accounting as advantage.

+ College Graduate or 4-7 years of work experience in Financial, FP&A, Accounting.

+ Prior experience of working with data and MS excel will be mandatory.

+ Strong analytical skills coupled with thoroughness and attention to detail is desired.

+ Have strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively gather relevant information from business groups.

+ Ability to work with people across multiple work-streams.

+ Must be able to work independently and proactively to take initiative to solve problems quickly. Extreme attention to detail.

+ Affinity for organizing data and information in ways that are logical and useful.

+ Exceptional organization and time management skills.

+ Discretion when dealing with confidential information.

+ Efficient work ethic when working on large projects with aggressive deadlines.

+ Previous experience in this field is an asset, but a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a great work ethic are must-haves.

**Other Notes:**

+ V-Look Ups, Pivot tables, create macros for efficiency (Macro a plus, not required), very much independent workers, they can run with tasks, but know when to ask questions as needed. Attentive to detail, an extra space, or dash can mess up things down stream.

+ Entering data and understand data being entered and recognize when something doesnt look right. Experience with Informatica or Kalido.

+ Work well with others and be able to talk with the business to be sure it is being built correctly. Financial background would be helpful, nice to have but not required.

+ Experience if strong, and proven can overlook education. Higher level then Data Entry.
Strong finance person without Informatica & Kalido would be fine, can teach data systems if they have correct background.

+ Pharma experience not mandatory, Master Data in general experience is required.

+ Working from home until post COVID, then moving onsite once the okay is given.
