Description Kelly Services, industry leader in workforce solutions, has an exciting **temporary** opportunity for a **Data Quality Analyst** in **Richmond, IN** ! Our client is a leading corporation that has an immediate need for a business professional that will assist with day to day operations.

**Data Quality Analyst- Richmond, IN**

**Pay Rate- $15.71/hr**

**Hours- 8am-5pm Monday through Friday**

**Job Summary:**

Compare Input Data to matched data to determine if the match is accurate and if not, look up correct match for data based on company name and address information

**Primary Responsibilities include:**

+ Review match results of commercial client data to third party data sources i.e. D&B to determine accuracy of match and whether to accept the match into the database. Analysis will be based on data elements available, including business name, address, match grade and confidence code, when available. The tool used for tracking the action taken (accept match, reject match or skip for further research) is a proprietary screen using an Access database.

+ Review data identified from data profiling exercises as data anomalies to determine the data issues, root cause, impact and recommended solution.

+ Research companies through typical Internet searches and websites.

Strong analytical and research skills in order to understand and process the implications of poor data quality over time and the benefits of good quality data


Bachelor's degree preferred

**Required Experience, Skills, & Competencies:**

+ 3+ years of business experience, preferably in a data quality role
+ Demonstrated ability to organize, coordinate and execute on details
+ Demonstrated ability to effectively handle and participate in multiple concurrent projects
+ Self-starter with the initiative to identify and act upon opportunities without direction
+ Willingness to learn new technologies to best solve data quality problems
+ Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
+ Sound planning and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
+ Ability to understand the implications of poor data quality over time and the benefits of good quality data
+ Work independently and with others; self-directed and results-oriented
+ Good office software skills (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access a plus)
+ Effective communication skills (written and oral)
+ Excellent relationship building/interpersonal skills
