Description Job Summary

Manages the day to day operations related to all Correspondence activity for Consumer Affairs and Dispute Resolution teams. Responsible for reporting activities related to incoming mail, outgoing correspondence and check procedures. Manages escalations related to Correspondence and directs inquiries to the appropriate departments.

**Job Functions**

+ Process all incoming Consumer Affairs mail. Consists of data entry into Salesforce (CRM tool), scanning and attaching letters and assigning to appropriate agent for processing. Daily and monthly tracking is required for reporting purposes.
+ Receive, audit and disperse all checks received from accounting on a daily basis.
+ Maintains accounting transactions for Consumer Affairs and Dispute Resolution teams which can include stop payments, voided checks, check traces and bank deposits. Works with NNA Accounting to reconcile accounts, review, investigate and correct errors.
+ Review, audit and process all outgoing Consumer Affairs correspondence.
+ Analyze tools for process improvements including updating SOP’s.
+ Maintain contact list for various departments that interact with CA/DRT/DRTS.
+ Conducts presentations to upper Management on Dispute Resolution Team Support activities on a monthly basis.

**Minimum Qualifications**

1. Job Knowledge and Skill:
Intermediate computer systems knowledge, analytical ability, strong verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational skills to effectively interface with internal and external departments. Independent decision-making and strategic thinking. Must have excellent time management skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail and problem solving skills required.
2. Experience:
Two or more years directly related to customer handling, call center, customer escalation processes, project planning and project management experience. Finance and Field experience is an asset.
3. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred.
4. Computer Skills:
Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Professional Suite, with emphasis in Excel and Power Point. Knowledge of SalesForce content management systems preferable.
