CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

- perform daily basic janitorial duties

- assist maintenance supervisor with other tasks as needed

- Some lifting required

- ability to operate small outdoor equipment (leaf blower and vacuum)

- Entrances / Exterior

- Break Room/Coffee Stations and Café-

- Fitness Center and Restroom/Showers

- Lobby and Stairwells

- Smoking Area

- Loading Dock
