Kelly Services is currently seeking a **Labeling Project Lead** for one of our top clients in Somerville, NJ.




+ Demonstrated experience in managing complex cross-functional and cross-location projects.

+ Knowledgeable in Design Control and Change Control. Owner of Design Change Control Projects from labeling assessment through implementation in the Supply Chain.

+ Experienced in using Documentation Control Systems.

+ Experienced project manager on labeling change projects, following-up with all projects and design control tasks.

+ Capable of focusing on tactical execution of labeling projects.

+ Lead or participate on process continuous improvement projects.



EDUCATION / DEGREE / CERTIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:




+ Bachelor s Degree required in either a business or technical field of study.

+ Project Management Professional Certification preferred.

+ Six Sigma Green / Black Belt Certification preferred.



KEY SKILL / KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:



CORE SKILL SETS:




+ Demonstrated successful track record in Project Management Experience.

+ Design and change control knowledge required, experience preferred.

+ Conflict Management experience required.

+ Proficiency with written and verbal communications required.

+ Demonstrated understanding of compliance requirements for medical devices and labeling preferred.

+ Labeling design and development process knowledge preferred.

+ Demonstrated understanding of end to end Supply Chain preferred.

+ Demonstrated ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

+ Customer focused with a good understanding of our customer and commercial stakeholder needs.

+ PLM System and ERP System knowledge preferred.

+ Capable of influencing in a matrix environment.

+ Ability to lead projects in the absence of direction or supervision from direct supervisor.



COMPUTER SKILLS:




+ Proficiency with MS Office Emphasis on Excel.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Projects.

+ Proficient or capable of becoming proficient in local, web-based applications.



EXPERIENCE:




+ Minimum of 1 year of demonstrated experience in Project Management.

+ Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Operations, New Product Development, Technical Writing, Quality, Compliance, Regulatory and/or Manufacturing with project accountabilities.

+ Demonstrated successful completion of leading or coordinating several projects and/or business challenges.

+ Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders within a team environment.

+ Demonstrated understanding of the Medical Device or equivalent regulated industry, Quality Systems, labeling



**Important information:** This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
