Description **Kelly IT is looking for an IT Support Analyst for an opportunity in Santa Ana!**

**IT Support Specialist**

**Overview:** 1 - 3 years of experience in an IT Support/Desktop/Helpdesk role troubleshooting infrastructure issues and overseeing the installation and maintenance of IT users' software/hardware.

**What you’ll tell your friends you do:** Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain IT infrastructure and software both onsite and remotely for a small-mid size IT company.

**Day-to-day tasks:**

+ Configure, install, and maintain IT users' desktop software and hardware issues (current versions of Windows, Mac and MS Office products, etc.)
+ Troubleshoot general network infrastructure problems (networking equipment, printers, PC/Server hardware, etc.)
+ Learn and utilize various technologies (Azure, Windows Server, Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, VMware, Cisco networking, etc.)
+ Schedule and perform onsite client visits to troubleshoot equipment
+ Process and address incoming service desk requests both onsite and remotely via email, phone, or the support portal.
+ Assist customers with technology-related moves/adds/changes
+ Troubleshoot PC/MAC issues remotely
+ Escalate server-related problems to 2nd and 3rd level support.
+ Document solutions and develop end-user guidelines
**Soft Skills:**

+ Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks
+ Detail oriented
+ Strong communication skills
+ Customer service mindset

+ Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred
+ Certifications and training preferred (A+, Network +, MTA, etc.)
