Contract Duration: 6 Months (with opportunity for extension)



100% Onsite



**Summary:**



Our team handled ticket escalations and resolve issues. We onboard new employees, provision new hardware, provide hands-on support and drive solutions for our users. Each day we interact with approximately 1000 people at all levels within the company and possess excellent customer service skills to meet our users needs.



You will be a champion of end-user support, working for an Onsite IT Team assisting our users via in IT Support Bar, person walk-up, support ticket, email, or chat as needed. You will work closely with the team to manage multiple IT queues and help to handle ticket escalations to our IT Infrastructure teams. You are willing to learn and are passionate about IT end user support, have an excellent background in Windows software and hardware troubleshooting (with Mac knowledge desirable).





**Duties and Responsibilities:**




+ Perform standard desktop and laptop builds on approved hardware and images.

+ Perform PC setups, moves, additions, changes and teardown.

+ Diagnose and resolves technical issues across support platforms (Window, Mac and iOS)

+ Receive/create end user incidents/requests; analyze, update and resolve or escalate where needed within ITIL system (ServiceNow experience preferred)

+ Follow documented procedures as outline in ITIL knowledge base

+ Work within Active Directory to maintain security groups as required

+ Support Cloud technologies (Office 365, OneNote, OneDrive etc.)

+ Support Microsoft Office applications (Outlook and OWA)

+ Provide Conference Room support and troubleshooting

+ Be helpful and understanding - provide the support you would want!

+ Not intimidated by problems youve never seen before - confidence is key!

+ Have a keen eye for recognizing inefficiency and take the initiative to simplify processes for their customers.



**Requirements:**




+ 3+ Years of tier 2/3 Desktop Support in an enterprise environment that includes working independently.

+ Must have excellent communication skills, positive attitude and be engaging with ALL end-users

+ Team player, good communicator, self-directed work style and ability to multi-task.

+ Ability to converse and communicate appropriately with all levels of the organization.

+ Demonstrates impeccable follow through to ensure user satisfaction.

+ Experience with Microsoft OS and Microsoft Office applications.



**Desired:**




+ Operating system and software deployment using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager

+ Service Now experience

+ Teleconference Support - WebEx, Skype and Teams Experience
