**Desktop Support Specialist/End User Tech Specialist, Fulltime (Onsite) Bend, OR**


**Summary:**


Kelly Technology is looking for a Desktop Support Analyst/ End User Tech Specialist to provide level two and three support for business applications, networking, and hardware to all stores, HQ and Remote locations. Works independently on complex issues and provides diagnostic and troubleshooting support of high complexity. Reports issues/concerns that affect the operational stability of any production system or environment to chain of command with a sense of urgency.


**Primary Responsibilities/Functions:**


Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve general problems with business applications, networking, and hardware.


+ Accurately document all work in appropriate incident tracking software

+ Prioritize tasks based on service level agreement criteria or as directed by Management with moderate supervision to ensure timely completion

+ Run reports and pull specific data for further analysis


Participate or represent department requirements on assigned projects as directed.


+ Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in specific application area of expertise, including administration

+ Test and deploy technology as necessary


Maintain and install existing and new computers and applications.


+ Install, configure, and test upgraded, and new computers and applications based upon organization-defined requirements

+ Assist users in identifying hardware/software needs and provide advice regarding current options, policies, and procedures

+ Troubleshoot network accounts and other business application access issues until resolved


Provide training to other department employees or contractors. Document technical processes and troubleshooting guidelines for use by the organization.


**Minimum Education & Skills Required:**


**Educational/Technical Requirements:**


+ 2-year college degree, preferably in computer science, management information systems (MIS), or related field (relevant work experience may be substituted for education requirement)

+ Plus 2 years experience as computer technician.

+ Microsoft MCSE, MTA or A+ preferred.

+ Google Cloud Certified - Professional Collaboration Engineer Certification a plus.

+ Moderate knowledge of computer operating systems such as Windows, Macintosh, ChromeOS and Linux Thin Clients.

+ Moderate knowledge of additional desktop applications such as virus and security tools, desktop management packages, productivity suites (Google Workspace, MS Office/365), MDM/EMM/UEM, databases, and 3rd party COTS.

+ General knowledge of modem cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

+ Moderate degree of knowledge in printer management, networking, and telecommunications/phone systems.

+ Basic understanding of modern Scripting and Programming Languages to automate solutions.
