**Desktop Support Technician (MacOS and iOS Platforms)**

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with our client, a multinational IT company specialized in consumer products (hardware & software) and services.

**Duration:** 3 months and possibility of renewal

**Location:** Cupertino, CA

**Job Descriptions:**

The Desktop Support Technician will be delivering and troubleshooting technical support and service to users in the areas and platforms such as MacOS, iOS, mobile devices, peripherals and software as well as general networking diagnosis on connectivity issues.

You will be also be providing end user support on Wellness Center computer systems (software, hardware), equipment (printer, Telehealth etc.) and Device Management via JAMF.

**Job Requirements:**

+ Associate or bachelors degree in related technical disciplines.

+ ACMT (Apple) certification strongly desired

+ Minimum 3 years experience with the following areas:

+ **Must have MacOS and iOS platform support experience**

+ Troubleshoot multi-function printers in a networked environment.

+ Mobile devices, peripherals and software support experience

+ Installing and troubleshooting desktop applications

+ Platform management, integration and support preferably in JAMF, SCCM or equivalent. Experience in handling Level 2 support.

+ ticketing and traffic reporting tools (Zendesk, Jira, or equivalent)

+ Capable in providing hands-on technical problem solving with swift resolutions to technical issues.

+ Ability to follow strict hardware inventory processes - applies to all stages of asset handling (receiving through deployment)

+ Customer focused and ability to explain technical details in clear, concise and non-technical language

+ Good understanding of networks and firewall systems.

+ Strong teamwork and ethic

+ Ability to prioritize and track assignments will be required to ensure tasks are completed without the need for constant follow-up from supervisor

+ Willing to take on additional tasks as needed for the team
