Description Our client, a leader in the Apparel industry, is currently seeking a **Digital Operations Process Analyst** for a **12 month** temporary position with the opportunity for an extension. The position is located in **Beaverton, Oregon.**

The hours for this position are as follows

Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

**Pay rate** : $35.00-39.00/hr

**Digital Operations Project Analyst**

Seeking someone with the ability to manage multiple workflows across internal and external teams to ensure accurate and quality delivery of product assets on company website. As a Project Analyst, you will be expected to manage stakeholders on a day to day basis, be a strong collaborator, act as a conduit to and support relationships with workflow owners, and be results oriented while advocating for the best possible solution for our consumers, both internal and external.

**Responsibilities include (but aren’t limited to):**

+ Identify gaps in seasonal readiness performance and engage workflow leads on improvement programs
+ Drive alignment across image, copy, translation and other workflows to ensure timely asset development
+ Communicate product asset development progress and results to partners across the organization and globe
+ Increase geo-global partnership through by driving weekly operational triage sessions with key operations partners
+ Analyze requests from key stakeholders for enhancements to current processes and tools
+ Partner with technical resources to implement improvements and changes to workflow tools and reporting dashboards
+ Maintain prioritization of asset delivery for launch and confidential products
+ Develop and maintain image release dates for launch and confidential products and communicate schedules to workflow leads and product contacts
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a Minimum 5 years Operational and/ or Project Management or related experience as well as the ability to work under extremely tightly disciplined timelines. Demonstrated management, interpersonal and communications skills as well as strong communication skills and ability to clarify or resolve discrepancies is crucial for this role.
