Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a **Digital Turnaround Support Technician** for a long-term engagement at one of our Global clients in **Freeport, TX.** This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position. As a **Digital Turnaround Support Technician** placed with KellyOCG you will be responsible for the effective implementation for Turnaround MET applications focused on tool and hardware implementation as well as proper use within the related work processes.

Provide a trained facility resource that can effectively install technology tools and coach personnel on the intended use of the applications to create maximum value from the Global Turnaround Methodology (GTM) and Platinum work processes, including ongoing support for the software/hardware during turnaround execution.

Scope:


+ Support the Digital Turnaround model including tools, applications, and training

+ Worker and Asset Visibility (W&AV) tool support including equipment diagnostics, management, planning, deployment and on-site support during execution.

+ Engage with local work groups in FEL for planning of digital tools, support required, amount of equipment to utilize and create plan with associated costs/schedule resources for proper scheduling.

+ Provide support to end-users for the applications and mobile solution technology including:

+ W&AV, WT, eSWP, PTT Phones with ESChat. Platinum Work Process support for field execution and training, additional IT support for Workstations and tablets

+ Act as front-line support on all above tools, engaging on all IT and Digital Tool support requests and escalating as required if beyond field resolution

+ Shared ownership of the tools by all team members including storage, shipping, inventory and maintenance of the equipment. This self-directed team will be assigned tasks by TA and will be responsible for all preparation and execution, including working with the TA Team during FEL.

+ Responsible for managing the care and troubleshooting of hardware including mobile kiosks, field cameras, RFID, bar coding handheld devices, and all others as specified by MTC (Maintenance Technology Center).

+ Partner with other team members to ensure proper documentation of work processes, client requests, and troubleshooting results.

+ As required, provide training and knowledge transfer to support team members.

+ Define digital kits as part of turnaround support and build/manage kits as part of preparation/FEL. Kits to include regional tools including PTT cellphones, Tablets, workstations, BLE beacons and W&AV hardware as well as required infrastructure for deployment.


Requirements:


+ Frequent remote interactions with local work groups and external suppliers

+ Ability to lift 50lbs safely and work outdoors with hand tools as required

+ Ability to travel 25% or more as required


Technical Knowledge:


+ Diagnosing, troubleshooting, or repairing technology products

+ Basic knowledge of computer operating systems such as Windows, Linux, Android, iOS

+ Intermediate computer hardware knowledge (CPU, motherboard, expansion cards, storage/memory technologies, etc.)

+ Basic system administration skills

+ Experience actively using and learning about electronics

+ Electrically skilled individuals for field electrical work as part of hardware deployments (electrician, instrumentation, telecom) Journeyman Ticket Required
