**Job Description**

Position Overview:

Direct Hire $150K- 200K

The Director of OE Account is in charge of selling manufactured products to designated Key buying clients. OE stands for Original Equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. The Director of OE Accounts is responsible for discussing with assigned client-s product

prerequisites and alterations or adjustments.

2. The Director of OE Account is responsible for expanding the business by acquiring new


3. Director of OE Accounts is expected to maintain good relationship with existing assigned

clients and should continue to advise and offer them better products and services to

increase sales growth.

4. Director of OE Accounts is responsible for driving all efforts in hitting the sales target to be

able to obtain the desired profit.

5. Additionally, the Director of OE Accounts responsible for creating and formulating plans to

continually achieve sales growth.

6. Director of OE Accounts is responsible for devising sales plans and strategies to be able to

ascertain hitting the sales goals of the company.

7. Director of OE Accounts is responsible for assessment and appraisal of sales methods and

systems in terms of augmenting company sales goals.

8. Additionally, responsible for formally presenting suggestions and recommendations to

clients in terms of service improvements and advancements to develop customer

satisfaction and to ensure future business relationships with the customers

9. Ensure that Business Travel Plan has to be reviewed and approved by immediate

supervisor, and if there is any change over the original plan, it should be reported to the

related parties in a timely manner.

10. Monitor monthly account receivable amounts with Customers

11. Monitor payment (past/overdue payment)

12. Ensure that Expense Report must be correct and reported in a timely manner, and all costs

incurred should be for necessary business expenses

13. Provide the Chief Branch Manager with bi-weekly update reports.

14. Current Customer Development & Management: Jeep, Alfa Romero, Fiat, Maserati,

Daimler Benz

15. New Customer Development & Management: Ford, Nissan USA, Evelozcity, Google


16. Special projects as assigned.

Responsibility and Decision Making Authority:

1. Empowered to make decisions with approval of Chief Branch Manager

2. Authority to make cross functional decisions with the approval of Chief Branch Manager in

partnership with peers of other functions.

Education and Experience:

1. Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business Management or related field (preferred)

2. Three to five years Tire Industry Regional Sales Management experience

Working Hours:

Hours may vary and will require evening and weekend work depending on business needs and

will require working overtime

Working Environment:

Work usually performed in a office setting or customer setting

Tools and Equipment Used:

Personal computer, e-mail, copier, fax, phone, and other standard office equipment


Ability to travel as required by role (up to 75% of the time).
