Dispatcher/CSR

Kelly Services is currently recruiting for a Dispatcher/CSR for a family owned and operated Towing Service that has been servicing West Central Florida for over 50 years. Do you have previous dispatch experience? If so, Kelly Services wants to speak with you!

Position Summary

Handle inbound calls and dispatch to the appropriate driver/type of tow truck and to direct vehicle owners how to retrieve their vehicle from the location it is being towed. Customer service skills must be exceptional with handling difficult customers. Must be a great at multi-tasking to be able to process information quickly while handling multiline phone system.

Shifts Available:

1st 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

2nd 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

3rd 11:00 pm - 7:30 pm

Responsibilities and Duties

Take incoming calls for towing service and accidents

Obtain detailed information from customers regarding vehicle location and delivery instructions

Maintain accurate documentation on vehicles

Coordinate and dispatch multiple drivers

Consistently responds to customer inquiries and requests in a professional manner

Maintains a positive and professional attitude no matter what the situation is.

Qualifications and Skills

Bilingual Preferred

One year dispatch experience

One year of customer service experience

Ability to read a map proficiently

Excellent customer service attitude and skills

Strong desire to help people and solve challenging problems.

Ability to provide detailed logistical instructions

Professional phone manner

Computer proficiency

Microsoft Office skills and general computer literacy are a must.

Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail

Must be able to handle conflicts

Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and overtime due to business demands

HS Diploma or GED preferred
