**What skills does this position require?**

• **Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years of progressive Marketing and Sales experience**

• A w **orking knowledge of dealership operations including sales, service and parts** is beneficial.

• Good communication and analytical skills needed.

• Be able to multi-task, be very detail-oriented and foster teamwork.

• **Working knowledge of Microsoft products including Excel, PowerPoint and Word** along with other PC applications, or mainframe applications to produce non-standard, creative products.

• Ability to prioritize own schedules and organize work load effectively with minimal daily supervision.

• Ability to focus on the best interests of the dealership and Infiniti. Can remain objective in the course of building relationships.

• Dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.

• Attentive to others opinions and perspectives.

• Ability to influence the actions of others by building credibility through dealership knowledge, effective recommendations, clear communications, honesty, and demonstrated follow-up on promises.

**Job Description**

Coordinates information, execution and storage of legal documentation reflecting required dealer and company performance, financial expectations and other legal obligations and actions for an assigned region. Maintains contact with dealership owners, national Dealer Agreement department and regional field staff regarding compliance with required notifications, performance obligations and related signatures. Alerts nation and region team regarding enforcement status and issues. Provides analytical evaluative support with maintaining, expanding and enhancing the dealership network within designated markets.

**Describe the principle, core primary tasks that a person in this position performs on a daily, weekly, monthly or annual basis?**

• Coordination with national Legal, Dealer Agreements and Dealer Network Development departments, assists RVP and AGM with enforcement of dealer agreement document requirements associated with ownership changes and performance management: buys, sells, ownership and other legal entity changes, facility openings, closings or relocations.

• Applies most appropriate form of delivery, receipt and storage of legal documents as directed by the national Dealer Agreement department. Coordinates creation of required documents with national Dealer Agreements and Legal department. Tracks timely delivery and execution of legal documents as directed by National Dealer Agreements operations. Informs AGM and DOM/FOM regarding related legal restrictions and protocol associated with dealership contact on matters.

• Compiles performance tracking of the region's dealers in terms of sales, sales penetration, financial liabilities, customer satisfaction indexes, adherence to timetables outlined in agreements; and compliance with signage and facility guidelines. Highlights deficiencies and underperforming dealers. Maintains agreed upon timetable and actions necessary for correction.

• Collects required information from dealerships including financial and legal information about the dealership operations. Communicates financial reporting concerns regarding interpretation of inconsistencies to district, area, regional and national management.

• W2/ HOURLY PAY RATE: Open (based upon experience and qualifications)

• There is no “per diem” with this position

• There is no relocation budgeted for this position. If this position requires you to relocate you will be responsible for those costs.
