Description Every day, Kelly Services connects professionals with opportunities to advance their careers. We currently have an exciting 8+ month, long term contract opportunity as a **Release Coordinator** for a top fortune 500 company in Greenville, South Carolina.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ This role will handle the audit and release of all Lot History Records associated with finished product releases
+ These records consist of the following: Sterilization Cycles conducted by Steam, Gamma Irradiation, and Ethylene Oxide exposure.
+ Solution Manufacturing Batch Records from Upper Mix, Lower Mix, Filling, Packaging, and QA Accessory Manufacturing Packaging and QA Contract Finished Goods as described per local procedure
+ In conjunction with auditing, the Release Coordinator (RC) II acts as a liaison between MQA and Manufacturing to notify them of any document discrepancies discovered during the LHR audit.
+ RC is required to support any investigations by providing Lot History Records and/or process knowledge.
+ In addition to product release, the Release Coordinator II is also required to initiate Lot segregations and rejections as necessary; physical and systematic verification; will be responsible for Lot status control through system transactions
+ The Release Coordinator II controls the Lot Master Maintenance for all Lot Controlled distributed product using ERPLX and PeopleSoft. Through these transactions, the RC carries the responsibility of controlling the final disposition of product lots, and reconciling inventory of those lots within the systems ERPLX, PeopleSoft and/or Optum prior to initiating the distribution thereof.
+ _Regulatory Audit Support_ : As required, the Release Coordinator II will support the Quality group during external audits FDA, ISO, and Customer .
+ During the audit, the RC may be asked to retrieve filed/archived records, execute queries, and/or act as a scribe or runner.
+ Use of the following computer systems will be required upon hire: Documentum, Compliance Wire, ERPLx, CQMS, PeopleSoft, JDA, Kintana

+ 1-2 years of prior office and/or computer
+ Minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma. Prefer an Associates or Bachelor’s degree.
+ Microsoft Office experience required.
+ Preferred Skills: Excellent attention to detail.
+ Well organized with the ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed to meet customer demands.
+ Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office to include use of Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, and ACCESS database.
+ QA background is preferred.
+ Demonstrated proficiency in the use of email.
+ Previous experience with the batch record release process is preferred.
Pay is $16.50 per hour
