**Kelly Science has an immediate DIRECT HIRE opportunity for our growing client near Cary, NC for a Document Control Coordinator**

**Salary: $50,000-$55,000**

The Document Control Coordinator is accountable for driving results in a fast-paced environment by providing administrative support related to documentation system requirements. The position will audit document files to ensure compliance with external and internal quality assurance requirements. The ideal candidate will maintain documentation and files to assure they are accurate and up-to-date and available to appropriate personnel. The role will maintain systems providing change control for master documents. The position works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature in which ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required. The position requires superior leadership behaviors of the Sterling core competencies and non-negotiables, as well as expertise in functional competencies included in this position profile.


Audits document files to ensure compliance with external and internal quality assurance requirements.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, training records, and other files.

Issues quality related or controlled documentation as requested by site personnel.

Performs routine tasks as assigned.

Ensures timely completion and compliance with cGMP and all other relevant company training requirements.

Future responsibilities to include use of Master Control quality management system

Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of 1+ years related experience required

Experience with implementing, using, and maintaining Master Control quality management system a plus

Key competencies

Ability to perform complex math functions, compute ratios, rates, and percentages

Ability to draw and interpret graphs and charts

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where limited standardization exists

Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form

General working knowledge of cGMP procedures and safety regulations.

Candidates need to be competent with IT systems, and Microsoft Office including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
