This is a temporary position for approximately 1 month (1/11 - 2/5)

Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Monday - Friday (except for day one - hours will be 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.)

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr.


Organize and execute specific activities of the compliance program, under the direction of Compliance Office Management, including;

Coordinate the development of HCP Consultant Contract packages of required information for review and approval by the Chief Compliance Officer or designee.

Analyze and process HCP Consultant and Clinical Study Work Reports.

Review HCP Consultant expense reimbursement requests.

Coordinate the processing of Educational Grant and Charitable Donations requests.

Coordinate the review process for all HCP Interaction Requests and Records made by the Events Team and all other employees requesting interaction with HCPs where there will be some form of transfer of value to these HCPs.

Review HCP Interaction Records from the sales force for completeness.

Coordinate the process for on-boarding all new contracted sales personnel.

Validate that initial information for above activities is accurate and in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Input information into the SharePoint compliance system.

Provide instruction regarding relevant parts of the compliance program to employees, HCP Consultants, sales representatives, etc.

Prepare reports, check requests and Consultant work reports, as appropriate.

Interface with key stakeholders to clarify questions, provide prompt service and ensure accuracy of data.

Identify areas where the Compliance Program policies and or procedures may not be properly implemented or are not being followed by stakeholders. Review these with Compliance Team Leaders.

Send completed work to appropriate Compliance Team members for review.

Send approved work to appropriate stakeholders (e.g. HCP consultant).

Work independently to accomplish job responsibilities, resolve issues as required and review results with Compliance Team Leaders.

Interact with employees, affiliates, contracted business associates and Consultants, as required by specific job responsibilities.

Utilize the Focus Arrangements Compliance Tracking system (FACTS), as required by job responsibilities.

Assist in the preparation of written, oral, and visual media presentations.

Knowing and applying Quality System and any appropriate federal and international standards.

Assist and support other employees, teams, and sales personnel as necessary.

Job Requirements:

Education: Associate's Degree from an accredited institution required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.


Work experience preferably in Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, Commercial or Finance functions.

Experience with healthcare-related legal statutes (e.g., Anti-Kickback, FCA, FCPA, Starke, etc.) preferred.

Experience with healthcare-related codes of ethics (e.g., AdvaMed, Eucomed, MEDEC, etc.) preferred.
