Responsible for the following activities:


+ Oversees all requests for procedural documents related to health authority inspections and internal audits.
+ Provides local coverage for responding to urgent requests in a timely manner, retrieving procedural documents from the EDMS.
+ Performs technical review of procedural documents, ensuring use of appropriate templates and formatting.
+ Performs content QC of procedural documents, including proof reading and editing; ensures accuracy and clarity of content within and across documents.
+ Collaborates with key stakeholders to resolve QC discrepancies.
+ Provides support of document management activities related to the Pharmaceuticals Documentation Council, the Pharm sector Document Council, and cross-sector procedures, as needed.
+ Performs QC of monthly procedural document data in support of the Pharmacovigilance System Master File (PSMF).
+ Assists with assignment and monitoring of work across Quality and Document Control.
+ Performs other duties and specific projects as assigned by the Quality and Document Control Lead.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:


+ 5 years’ experience in Document management with a R&D GCP Background.
+ Good working knowledge of the end-to-end document management process.
+ Good working knowledge of R&D- GCP’s.
+ Main point of contact for process review.
+ Work independently and possess project management skills to manage work.
+ Good knowledge of the drug development process.
+ Excellent professional written and communication skills and fluency in English.
+ Proficient in Microsoft office applications (including Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
+ Experience with EDMS.
+ Highly committed to quality.
+ Highly detail-oriented and well organized.
+ Problem solver.
+ Flexible and persistent.
+ Ability to independently plan, organize, co-ordinate, manage and execute assigned tasks.
**Important information:** This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch. Applicants must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
