**Kelly Services is seeking a Temporary Document Control Training Clerk individual for a global client in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.**

Duration: Temporary assignment until June 30th 2020

Pay rate: $22-24/hr.


This range of positions performs a variety of change control functions involving both documents and data systems to insure the integrity of company wide documentation and data systems. Positions require an in-depth knowledge of a Quality System documentation procedures.


Processes/Creates quality system documentation for review, approval, and distribution.

Prepare electronic files for posting on intranet site and employee notification.

Administer Quality System Operating Procedures including editing to comply with standard formats prior to distribution.

Maintain printed and electronic master files for all quality system documentation.

Provides Customer Support for Document Control and Training

Complies with all quality system policies and procedures.

Administers and maintains the LMS (Learning Management System)

o Enters electronic training completions in the LMS

o Creates and modifies Training User Groups, Job Spec Forms and Curricula

Populates and maintains Training Completion Reports

Signs off on local Change Orders in which Training has been completed

Coordinates class arrangements, facilities, and needed resources for training programs.

Coordinates and maintains the training area resources (equipment and material).

Communicates and escalates to the next management level as needed

Performs other duties as assigned by department manager

Additional duties as assigned.

Know and follow all laws and policies that apply to one's job, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times.

Diligently participate in our compliance program-related activities as denoted by your supervisor or our Chief Compliance Officer.


Computer proficiency in MS Office

Prior experience in document control is preferred but not essential.

Ability to handle multiple assignments with limited supervision

Able to read and follow operating procedures.

Ability to work closely with and communicate with technical and operational personnel.

Ability to work with various filing schemes, for example, alphabetic, numeric, combinations of alphanumeric indices, electronic file naming schema (e.g., compliance with file naming formats required for proper display of html links), etc.

Able to perform basic math functions such as add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Able to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs and charts.
