The Bilingual Documentation Management Mail Clerk Support Specialist identifies, tracks, and scans incoming mail.

Provides document support by monitoring and processes electronic mail for Customer Service and Loan Resolution Depts.

Provides translation support from Spanish to English of incoming correspondence.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

* Ensures that correspondence, faxes and emails are identified and processed within 24 hrs of receipt

* Ensure task tracking codes in the serving system for each mail type

* Scans incoming mail and return mail within 24 hours of receipt.

**Requirements**

.2. Must have a minimum of 2 years of related experience for the Bilingual Documentation Management Mail Clerk Support Specialist

3.3. Strong computer skills including the ability to prepare spreadsheets and use Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and/or Access) to analyze data and trends.

3.4. Effective communication skills.

3.5. Full time availability of 40 hours per week and as needed to perform job duties.

3.6 Excellent people skills are absolutely a must in order to be successful as qualified candidate will be responsible for Vendor Management

**Highlights**

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate's degree (A. A.) from two-year College preferred. Two to four years' related experience and/or training required.
