Kelly Services is looking for a 1st shift Drug Supply Coordinator in their Administrative department for a client in Allentown, PA. This position is supporting the department in loading the assigned rebates and will be in a fast-paced environment. Projected start date is May 25th, 2020 and assignment length for 5-months. This role is eligible for Kelly Perks to include Medical, Dental, Vision, Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance coverage options.



**Pay rate: $24.00-25.50/Hr**



Job Duties:



The Ancillary Supply Coordinator - Clinical Ancillary Management (CAM) is responsible for administrative duties related to the timely availability of clinical ancillary materials to the client's Clinical Services (FCS) distribution depots, customer afillilates, and investigator sites globally.



The Coordinator will help coordinate all phases of activities associated with the Project Manager who is responsible for the overall project.



Key Responsibilities: Ability to process and help analyze reports with the use of the client's internal Systems, such as Inventory reports to identify near term expiration dates and inventory thresholds. Responsible for the overall process from the time ancillaries are procured until they are received and quality reviewed



Manage and track all site and depot shipments



Set-up manual site and depot order forms Assist with project set-up which may include part number creation, gathering of export information



Assist the project manager with any and all administrative duties needed to make the study a success, such as attending meetings



Coordinate all returns, accountability, redistribution and destruction as required.



Ensure any issues and concerns are escalated timely and proactively to the project manager responsible for the study



Coordinate the Ancillary Returns Management Process including disposition reports



Process standard client reports





**Job Requirements** :

**Education & Experience** :



High school diploma or equivalent.



At least 3 years of relevant experience (administrative support or data entry in a medical pharmaceutical or drug distribution based environment/company). Strong attention to detail and accuracy.



Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel skills is required. Microsoft Access experience is strongly preferred.



Must have strong computer literacy.



Able to problem solve and multi-task.
