**Job Description**



This position is responsible for the planning, implementation, reporting and communication of assigned systems and technology projects, while achieving project objectives. This individual will work with stakeholders to develop project plans and project risk analysis for all projects. The eClinical Project Manager will identify appropriate project strategies that support the business goals. This individual will be responsible for communication of project status to all project stakeholders. Communication includes: project meeting minutes, post-introduction reports, and monthly updates as required.




**Essential Functions**




+ Manage all aspects of an assigned project business plan to include:

+ Defining project scope, schedule, resources and risks

+ Clearly communicate roles, expectations and accountabilities to project team

+ Track project deliverables using project management tools

+ Establish and maintain relationships with all stakeholders (customers, contractors, vendors, staff)

+ Foster teamwork and provide team motivation

+ Actively track project progress and report project updates to all stakeholders

+ Work with project team to identify and address critical path or road block issues and develop mitigation plans accordingly

+ May manage multiple projects simultaneously

+ Review, analyze, and evaluate system operations; communicate, escalate and report issues, status, and results as required

+ Provide guidance and direction to Users in the resolution of reported problems and issues

+ Evaluate and recommend changes in methods and procedures in assigned areas of responsibility.

+ Lead business requirement and process improvement sessions to help translate into required documentation

+ Provide administration and support for hosted and non-hosted Business Applications and SharePoint solutions

+ Act as a liaison between JJVC and software vendor to communicate all technical issues

+ Keep abreast of new technology developments and make recommendations regarding changes to current standards as appropriate

+ Coordinate activities and resources for all Clinical system implementation and testing

+ Contributes to the creation and coordinates the execution of functional user test plans and review results for acceptability

+ Develop the training strategy and ensure execution for all end-users

+ Continuously improve customer satisfaction

+ Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships

+ Build and maintain industry knowledge



**Qualifications and Skills**




+ Bachelors degree in science, technology, business-related field or equivalent work experience

+ Project Management experience required

+ Minimum of 5 years of business analysis and project management experience required

+ Demonstrated time management, analytical, critical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving skills

+ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

+ Knowledge of data collection and reporting practices

+ Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment

+ Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel and Outlook & SharePoint to include Administrator functions

+ Demonstrated technical proficiencies

+ Strong oral and written communication skills
