Description **Job Summary:**

The Environmental, Health & Safety / Quality Management System Implementation Specialist will support the develop and implementation of the SKSA EHSQ Management System. To ensure successful creation and implementation of management systems to SK, ISO and Regulatory requirements. Conduct health and safety hazard assessment and perform gap analysis with regulations. Create necessary checklists and training to ensure compliance and assist with implementation.

**Description of duties and responsibilities:**

+ Work with SK Integration team to implement SKSA EH&S and Quality management systems (work processes, standard, procedures).
+ Support SKSA EHSQ focal points with SK Saran specific EHSQ discipline creation and implementation (i.e. Environmental, IH, Personal Safety, Process Safety, Quality etc.).
+ Support the development of internal EH&S audits plan and supporting materials.
+ Under the guidance of SK Saran focal points, coordinate, implement and optimize EHSQ programs.
+ Assist with development of SKSA incident investigations and corrective action work process.
+ Initiate and support MOC for EHSQ matters as necessary.
+ Identify opportunities to streamline EH&S resources and work processes.
+ With the SKSA focal point, support the creation of the process to collect, input and calculate EH&S reporting information.
+ Working with SKSA Document Administrator, develop the process for keeping EH&S records in accordance with the SKSA record retention policy.
+ Utilize EH&S Expertise to obtain clear interpretations of site-specific regulatory process, regulations, laws and associated procedures.
+ Able to identify and keep current with local, area and regional environmental requirements. Interpret, implement and ensure full sustainable compliance with those external requirements.
+ Support SK IT team with tool development to support the SKSA management systems.
+ Provide training and coaching on applicable EHSQ standards and procedures.
**Education and Experience Requirements:**

High School diploma/GED or equivalent required

4/5 year degree in EH&S, engineering or other technical field

Associates Degree in related field with other certifications/training

4-6 Years Experience in same or related field

Valid Michigan Drivers License and clean driving record
