**Electrical Product Engineer - Full Time / Direct Hire**

**Position Summary:**

We are looking for a talented Electrical Product Engineer to join our team ensuring delivery of the highest quality microelectronics for the medical implantable device market. The role encompasses the entire manufacturing life cycle and includes interaction with domestic and international customers on topics including product performance, change management, root cause failure analysis and corrective actions. The successful product engineer possesses skills in electrical circuit analysis, problem solving, teamwork, creativity and communication at all levels in the company with a curiosity and ownership to achieve goals.


**Your Responsibilities:**


+ Influence the new product introductions to ensure designs meet the companys high product performance and manufacturability standards.

+ Lead improvements to MSEIs digital and physical factory tools to deploy the latest technology to ensure the highest quality standards continue to be met.

+ Evolve failure analysis capabilities with an end goal of a fully automated process.

+ Responsible for root cause analysis of all microelectronic assemblies failing production electrical test in time to meet product shipment schedules

+ Primary technical customer contact responsible to analyze and understand root cause for any products that do not meet customers expectations.

+ Lead all aspects of product configuration management to enable continuity of supply while maintaining compliance with customer requirements including compliance with regulatory bodies.

+ Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of the manager


**Your Profile:**


_Required Qualifications:_


+ Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

+ 3 or more years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment


_Preferred Qualifications:_


+ Knowledge of statistical process control, design of experiments, structured analysis and design for manufacturability.

+ Experience with automated control of measurement equipment

+ Ability to create data analysis reporting tools in Business Objects or similar environment.

+ Experience with a medical quality system and ISO 13485

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work with all levels of the Company.

+ Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, network and e-mail systems.

**Travel Requirements:**

Must be able to travel internationally and domestically, less than 5% of the time.
