Now Hiring for Electronic Assemblers in Kent, WA.

Positions open from Entry Level through EAIII

Temp to Hire & Direct Hire Positions Available

In this position you will be doing wire & cable assembly to produce quality and accurate products.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

- Build simple to complex wire cables using standard work documents to a high level of quality and efficiency

- Complete all necessary paperwork relating to the building of cable assemblies

- Demonstrate a high level of creativity. Continuously looks for ways to improve and increase quality and efficiency

- Familiar with the following:

- shell install, crimp, strip, jacket removal, connector loading, lace-tie, solder (to required customer specification), Solder sleeves, install various types of heat shrink, tubing, and woven braid.

- Utilize hand tools and automated machines and components in conjunction with customer drawings, parts list, bill of materials, wire diagrams, schematics, tables and work instructions

- Lean Manufacturing knowledge

- Able to read customer specification sheets to build cables

- Participate in first production runs of new products

Shifts Available:

o Day Shift 6:00am-3:30pm

Pay Rates:

$12.50-$18 per hour DOE

You will be required to test in to your skill set

**Requirements**

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - Able to read, write and understand verbal and written instructions and standard work documents in English-language. Able to read English language technical documents, including customer blue prints, wiring diagrams and schematics, manufacturing instructions and training manuals

- You must prove proficiency with an 80% and above average score and maintain active status in the below Technical training course(s):

- New Hire training

- IPC/WHMA-A-620 CIS Certification (All modules)

- J-STD-001 CIS Certification (All modules)

- Able and willing to work overtime are required. Some positions require working a 10- or 12-hour schedule as an essential duty. Work schedule variations due to customer demands are common and should be expected.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

- High School Diploma or GED

- Minimum 6 months as EAI or equivalent
