Electronic Assemblers needed for a Manufacturing Warehouse in Kent, WA.

Positions open for immediate starts!

Temp to Hire & Direct Hire Positions Available for Day shift & Swing shifts

Position Job Duties:

Build simple to complex wire cables using standard work documents to a high level of quality and efficiency in a Warehouse setting.

Complete all necessary paperwork relating to the building of cable assemblies

Demonstrate a high level of creativity. Continuously looks for ways to improve and increase quality and efficiency

Familiar with the following:

shell install, crimp, strip, jacket removal, connector loading, lace-tie, solder (to required customer specification), Solder sleeves, install various types of heat shrink, tubing, and woven braid.

Utilize hand tools and automated machines and components in conjunction with customer drawings, parts list, bill of materials, wire diagrams, schematics, tables and work instructions

Lean Manufacturing knowledge, Warehouse & Manufacturing knowledge is preferred.

Able to read customer specification sheets to build cables

Participate in first production runs of new products

Shifts Available:

o Day Shift 6:00am-3:30pm

o Swing Shift 4:00pm-12:30am

Pay Rates:

$12-$18 per hour DOE & Shift

You will be required to test in to your skill set

- Able to read, write and understand verbal and written instructions and standard work documents in English-language. Able to read English language technical documents, including customer blue prints, wiring diagrams and schematics, manufacturing instructions and training manuals

- You must prove proficiency with an 80% and above average score and maintain active status in the below Technical training course(s):

- New Hire training

- IPC/WHMA-A-620 CIS Certification (All modules)

- J-STD-001 CIS Certification (All modules)

- Able and willing to work overtime are required. Some positions require working a 10- or 12-hour schedule as an essential duty. Work schedule variations due to customer demands are common and should be expected.


- High School Diploma or GED
