Copywriter - WERKJP00009545 Description: TARGET BILL RATE: 85/HOUR Employee Communications Project Manager / Copywriter This role will work with the Employee Communications team to create compelling content that engages, informs and educates employees worldwide. In this role, you will be responsible for writing and reviewing copy for internal communications about key business initiatives, programs and events across a variety of deliverables. You will work with stakeholders across the company, including in Corporate Communications, Human Resources and IT. Key responsibilities Write compelling copy that captures employees attention across mediums and channels, including emails, the Intranet, videos and presentations. Partner with key stakeholders to understand their communications needs. Turn technical information and complex business processes into crisp, user-friendly communications. Ensure all content is factually accurate, grammatically correct and adheres to our brand voice. Contribute to building toolkits, templates and processes to promote self-service and communication best practices across the organization. Review submitted copy, suggest edits and ensure consistency across produced content. Serve as a project manager who oversees and executes project logistics, as needed. Skills and experience Bachelor s degree in English, communications, journalism, marketing/public relations or a related discipline. 3-5 years of professional experience in writing or editing role, preferably in internal or corporate communications. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Must know AP Style. A portfolio that represents a range of content and shows your passion for connecting with readers. Adept at planning and prioritizing work to meet tight deadlines. Unwavering attention to detail with awareness that everything counts. Highly motivated to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment. Experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
