Kelly Engineering, Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, is currently seeking an **Engineering Associate** for a Project engagement at one of our Global clients in **Madison, WI.**


This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position. As a KellyOCG employee you will be eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from. As an **Engineering Associate** placed with KellyOCG you will be responsible for the following:


Provide support for R&D engineers to apply engineering design concepts.


+ Work with R&D engineers to setup design of experiments and testing environments.

+ Create or update verification and validation protocols.

+ Create test reports using good documentation practices

+ Create tools and test equipment specifications.

+ Create Change Notices to edit/create controlled documents.

+ Provide execution of formal device verification protocols. Testing of complex system and sub-system product medical device designs.

+ Support and test mechanical, electrical, and/or software designs.

+ Work with engineering team on engineering projects, may support new development or sustaining engineering projects as required.


**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION**


+ 4-year academic degree

+ Mechanical Engineering

+ Electrical Engineering

+ Biomedical Engineering

+ Computer Engineering

+ Computer Science

+ Proven ability to work in a technical group environment

+ Proven ability to take direction and execute on assigned tasks


**REQUIRED** KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS.


SKILL SETS:


+ Effective oral, written, and presentation communications

+ Technical writing: protocols, testing results, status reports

+ Effective team interpersonal skills

+ Able to work efficiently and effectively in an ambiguous environment

+ Able to adapt to shifting priorities

+ Able to handle rapid pace environment

+ Able to follow directions and be self-managing

+ Comfortable working either electrical, mechanical or software aspects of a medical device systems.

+ Highly motivated willing to learn new technologies and work with diverse set of people

+ COMPUTER SKILLS:

+ Personal computer software Windows: word processing, project planning, presentation, e-mail and spreadsheet software

+ Internet search skills


LEADER SKILLS:


+ Ability to demonstrate and inspire the behaviors that reinforce Our Credo (Johnson and Johnson)

+ Ability to deliver results by working with all aspects of the engineering team.


PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS / REQUIREMENTS


+ Office deskwork, requiring sitting, walking, using phone and computer

+ Office, Laboratory or Manufacturing environment

+ May lift to 30 pounds occasionally


LOCATION & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS


+ Madison, Wisconsin

+ 100% on-site, no travel required, possible travel opportunities

+ COVID-19 procedures must be adhered to on-site


**Important information:** This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch. Applicants must be legally permitted to work in the United States immediately and without employer sponsorship. ( **F1 OPT/H1B** cannot be considered for this position).
