**Kelly Engineering** is currently seeking a **Project Manager** for a long-term engagement at one of our Global clients in **Raynham, MA.**


This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position. As a Kelly Engineering employee you will be eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from. As a **Project Manager** placed with Kelly Engineering you will be responsible for the following:


+ The Project Manager will work for the customer Sports Medicine business which develops, manufactures, and markets innovative solutions for a wide range of minimally invasive mobility therapies, including arthroscopic repair devices for shoulder, knee, and hip pathologies.

+ The candidate will lead a cross-functional, new product development team through design feasibility, implementation, verification, process verification/validation, and **risk management of Class I-II medical devices /capital equipment** .

+ The individual will set clear expectations for the project team, establish roles and responsibilities, track and motivate the team to complete work on time utilizing Agile methodology and planning tools.

+ This candidate will be responsible for communication of project status to all project partners: project meeting minutes, regular presentations, monthly updates and any status or project information needed.

+ This individual must demonstrate a passion for guiding the team to find solutions to complex problems, possess strong communication skills & ability to collaborate across functions & our development partners to achieve goals.


**Qualifications Required** :


+ Bachelors Degree in Engineering is required. Degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field is highly

+ Preferred. Masters degree is a plus.

+ A minimum of **5 years of experience in product development is required** .

+ A minimum of **3 years of project management experience required** (Agile

+ methods preferred).

+ Experience leading a multi-functional team required.

+ Experience in translating marketing/user requirements to system requirements and also experience validating user needs through VoC feedback and clinical testing

+ Demonstrated problem-solving ability required.

+ Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills are required.

+ **Experience in a regulated industry required.**

+ The ability to work within a **cadaver lab and operating room setting is required** .

+ Demonstrated experience working with partners to develop project plans and

+ project risk analyses for all assigned projects.

+ **Willing to work in medical environments such as cadaver labs and Operating Rooms is required** .


**Qualifications Preferred** :


+ Lead and support various aspects of Design Control, Requirements Management,

+ Verification & Validation (V&V), Planning, Design Methods throughout the full

+ development lifecycle.

+ Lead project risk through comprehensive mitigation assessment and planning

+ techniques.

+ Experience with JIRA and Microsoft Project preferred.

+ Well organized, self-motivated, creative, resourceful, strong work ethic,

+ leadership, and collaboration qualities.

+ Must demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration qualities.

+ This position is in Raynham, MA and may require up to 10% travel including international.
