Unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world- Client in Medical Devices is currently hiring a Lead Project Manager to work cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and other functions to assure projects meet financial, schedule and customer expectations. This position is a Direct Hire role.


The Project Manager is required to lead cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Operation, and Purchasing to successfully deliver sustainable projects through a phased execution process. The Project Manager is accountable for the project financials and schedule, and also

commmunicating project updates and support capacity planning and project resource estimates.


Responsibilities:

Manage multiple sustaining projects through phased execution process, including:

Redesign - Change in the design (including any subcomponents/base materials) of existing products and/or components).

Process Improvement an improvement to the manufacturing process.

Transfer of Manufacturing - Transition of tools, processes, product, or production loads from one manufacturing location to internal and/or external production facility (Excluding full-plant migrations).

Tooling / Assembly - Additions and/or replacement of tooling/equipment within the production facility.

End of Life - Planning and managing product obsolescence.

Supply Chain - Optimizing sources or logistics channels for materials/parts/services that requires a significant level of engineering resource to support.


Requirements:

University degree in Project Management or Engineering discipline.

PMP certification ,Scrum Master, and/or Lean Six Sigma certifications also preferred.

PC proficient including; MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI.

Minimum of 5 years professional experience in Project Management.

Strong ability to set goals and motivate team members.

Able to run multiple projects at the same time.

Ideal candidate is proactive, resilient, and self-confident.

High level of English language and documentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to provide effective project leadership within a cross-functional team

Industry experience within Medical Device, or otheir regulated industry

Solid understanding of the Project Management methodology and principles

Strong and thorough knowledge of Project Management tools

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Good track record of managing complex multifunctional projects in various environments.
