Job Description

- Processing I9 s and onboarding new employees as their primary function.

- Ability to write an employee letter.

- Processing employee paperwork.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties may be assigned : 1. Implement and manage the organization-wide compliance and safety plan.

2. Develop new systems and processes for managing employee relations, benefits, onboarding and performance evaluation functions.

3. Ensure the smooth administration of new staff onboarding and orientation.

4. Oversee employee relations and workers comp claims for temporary and part-time hires.

5. Serve as a thought partner and collaborator in the Human Resources Department in order to launch new people-centered initiatives and activities.

6. Responsible for managing data, logistics and administrative processes associated with managing a robust HR Department.

7. Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the impact of organizational processes and staff well-being progress to the management teams on a quarterly basis.

8. Foster a customer service culture to support staff-related processes within all departments.


QUALIFICATIONS: Exemplary customer service skills including the ability to identify needs, provide prompt response, and exercise patience, respect and professionalism in all interactions. Highly proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email applications.
