Kelly Services is currently seeking a talented **Executive Assistant** to work at Nissan in Franklin, Tennessee. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of related experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Secretary in a large corporate setting. This is a stable, long-term position as a Kelly Contractor at Nissan North America. This position will provide years of stable employment! This is a W-2 position (not 1099).

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**


+ Supports executive management. Responsibilities may include **making travel and meeting arrangements** , screening calls, composing letters and reports, preparing presentations and financial data.
+ Has advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database software; and may train others.
+ Has the ability to perform Internet research. Work is generally of highly confidential nature.
+ Possesses strong interpersonal skills, leadership, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills.
+ Needs to be well versed in Word and PowerPoint. Intermediate Excel skill level, tracking over 500 employees use excel for the database and it is refreshed through the tool.
+ **Comfortable with calendaring (HEAVY).**
+ Soft skills are critical, team player with all the directors and other admins, need to pitch in and help out, be collaborative, and supportive attitude.
+ Possesses strong interpersonal skills, leadership, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills.
+ Ability to handle extremely confidential information. Take initiative to make contacts and key players.
+ Sense of urgency on timeliness of actions is imperative.
+ Supports team to meet short and long-range goals, provides travel arrangements, IT service requests, time and expense reports, calendar scheduling and coordination for 3 directors and sr. managers; **event coordination** , purchase order requests, phones, filing, presentation preparation, invoice processing, web site maintenance; maintaining departmental and functional organization chart; office supply management; move coordinator; and other assignments from the directors
