Description **Job Description**

Kelly Services is looking for Executive Assistant/Sr. Admin. Assistant for a client of ours located in the Seaport District of Boston. This is a fantastic temp-to-permanent opportunity for an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant with 3-5 years- experience supporting one or multiple Senior Managers. This individual will be supporting 2 partners of a global investment company. Pay for this role is $22.00-$25.00/hour and could potentially pay up to $55,000-$60,000/year once permanent.

EXPERIENCE/DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

-3-5 years- experience supporting one or multiple senior managers

-Heavy Calendar Management

-Booking Foreign & Domestic Travel

-Reconciling & processing credit card bills

-Creating invoices to bill expenses

-Familiarity with Gmail

SCHEDULE:

-Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM

LOCATION:

-Boston, MA: Seaport District

PAY:

-$22.00-$25.00/hour as a temp.
