Our client, a small but growing healthcare non for profit, is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO. This is a short-term, contract position where you will work in a business professional environment. The group is very nice but also very driven and the workflow is extremely fast-paced. This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to get an education in healthcare advocacy as well as to boost your resume by working closely with a well-known, female CEO. Day-to-day responsibilities will include but may not be limited to; scheduling webinars; scheduling and coordinating travel plans (International/Domestic), coordinating cocktail parties, prepping documents, scheduling conference calls, keeping calendars and working within their CRM - Zoho. Please be experienced and have previous Executive Administrative experience, client will train on CRM. Pay is up to $22/hr depending on experience.
